Brianna, otherwise known as Bri, is our remote front desk and office manager. Originally born in Colorado but raised the southern ways of Louisiana, she loves customer service and pairing clients with the best matched therapist and ensuring any and all clients are well taken care of with the therapist best for them! Being raised in and taking on high level customer service positions she brings over 15 years of exceptional customer service skills to the table and ready to help you be the healthy and pain-free you that you can be!
Steven Pauly - Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist
Owner and Massage Therapist, Steven, a native New Yorker has been in the industry for 9 years. During this time he has found his niche as being “The Fixer” – He loves giving people their lives back. Steven specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, and unique pin-and-stretch therapies you won’t find anywhere else.
Dr. Savannah Torrez, Pt, DPT, COMT
Dr. Torrez earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T Still University. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from New Mexico State University. She is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist with training in Dry Needling, Spinal Manipulation, Blood Flow Restriction, Graston Technique, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Mulligan Concept and is also certified in Vestibular Rehab. She has experience treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions including neck and back pain, joint injuries, post op rehabilitation, and sports injuries. She also has experience as a Home Health Physical Therapist treating patients in their homes. Dr. Torrez has treated many conditions and is most passionate when working with recovering athletes and getting them back to the sport they love. She is also a certified Reiki Practitioner.
Gina - Licensed Acupuncturist/Herbalist
Gina is an Arizona licensed Acupuncturist with a Nationally Board Certification in Acupuncture and Herbs with a Master of Oriental Medicine degree. Her undergraduate studies were Pre-Nursing Sciences. Treating a wide array of conditions she uses her expertise in bridging acupuncture with Western concepts of pathology and anatomy. With a background in Sports movement and physiology she is passionate about restoring strength, movement, and wellness for the individual. Gina also completed courses specializing in stroke rehabilitation, paralysis, and cardiovascular issues.
Jake - Floor Manager, Licensed Massage Therapist
Jake is from the great Hoosier state of Indiana. He has been in the massage industry for 7 years and specializes in relaxation 9it's not uncommon to fall asleep from the serenity in his sessions!), stretching, and trigger point. He strives to see results. It's one of the biggest reasons he loves being a licensed massage therapy.
Mysti - Licensed Massage Therapist
Mysti has been a massage therapist for 13 years. Coming from the "Silver State", otherwise known as Nevada, Mysti specializes in LomiLomi, relaxation, myofascial, and deep tissue massage. One of many reasons she is passionate about massage is that Mysti loves real progress and helping show that massage is no longer considered a luxury, but a necessity for keeping your body working as it should!
Brittany - Licensed Massage Therapist
Brittany is a born and raised Arizonian and loved helping people relax while relieving pain. Falling asleep within her treatment room is a compliment! If you are in need of neck and shoulder release, Brittany is your gal! She has been a massage therapist helping people relax and become pain free for 11 years.
Shanese - Licensed Massage Therapist
Shanese comes to us from the beautiful state of Connecticut. Graduating from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA), she brings amazing relaxation techniques and has a desire to help you relax and heal. Shanese specializes in myofascial energetic release, trigger point, reiki, and is currently our only ashiastu provider!
Eve - Licensed Massage Therapist
Eve specializes in deep tissue and sports massage. With over a year of experience, she has honed in her skills at helping clients alleviate pain and tension in their muscles. Eve received her training in phoenix and is passionate about using her knowledge of muscular anatomy to help clients achieve their wellness goals. She is dedicated to researching and finding solutions to any problems that her clients may be experiencing. Whether you're an athlete in need of a sports massage or someone looking to relax with deep tissue massage (trust us, it works!), she is here to help you achieve your goal!
